ABOUT CHIP
Charles "Chip" Clark is the vice president of Engineering Services at the Brick Industry Association (the BIA). Chip manages the Engineering and Research department which includes writing technical documents; building code activities; research; and review of projects, drawings, and specifications.

Originally trained as an architect, he became a civil engineer - Chip is a Registered Architect in MD and a licensed Professional Engineer in VA. He's received a Bachelor of Architecture from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a structural concentration from the University of Maryland.
Alongside his association, he's on several boards that dictate building codes, such as TMS and ASTM standards, in order to help represent the masonry industry and create beneficial building codes for the use of masonry, mortar, grout, and others, as well as fire safety and wall construction codes.
Care-Net is an evangelical nonprofit organization of pregnancy crisis centers that operate over 1,100 locations across America. It is their mission to empower women and men considering abortion to choose life for their unborn child, and empowering them to find an abundant life in Christ.
